Meet Ariana
With extensive experience in the field of education, Ariana brings both expertise and empathy to every family she works with. She holds certifications in general and special education in the state of New Jersey, as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Ariana is also a New Jersey–certified Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC).
Ariana spent 11 years as a special education teacher in the public school system and an additional 5 years on the child study team. She conducted educational evaluations, developed data-driven IEPs, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and guided parents through the special education process.
In addition, Ariana has recently earned her certification in Executive Function Coaching, expanding her work beyond evaluation to direct, skill-based support. This allows her to work closely with students who struggle with organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and self-advocacy. These skills often impact daily school success but may not be fully addressed through testing alone.
Her experience includes supporting students with:
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Specific Learning Disabilities
Communication Impairments
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Emotional and behavioral regulation challenges
Ariana works closely with families to offer clear, compassionate guidance and strategies that families can put into action right away.
